Bouncing Bouncepad
How do you like me now? Bouncepad sent this lovely email me today:
I’m writing to you about Bouncepad, a service with which you have an open account.
Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen financial situation with our parent company (Proxito), Bouncepad is closing its operations. We are sad to close Bouncepad as we were just beginning to grow, but the decision is out of our hands.
We will keep the service up and running for another week or two, if we can, so that you will have time to remove any signage from properties or marketing materials. You will still be able to log in to your account to view leads and contacts until the service is shutdown.
We realize that some of you have invested some significant time and money into using Bouncepad, and we apologize for that. Customers who have paid for Pro keywords will receive pro-rata refunds in the coming days, effective 10/21/2007. We will contact you using this email address once any refund has been issued.
In addition, all customers who have ordered signs which have not shipped will receive full refunds on those sign orders. If in a week or so you have not received a refund email and think you are owed a refund, please contact us.
If you have other service or billing related questions, feel free to email help@bouncepad.com.
Thank You,
Bouncepad Management
